If you aren't familiar with the festivities in Wake Forest NC for the 4th of July then you have just experienced a true 4th of July celebration! I am always amazed with how each year the Wake Forest NC 4th of July Celebration improves upon itself from the year before - seriously, they top themselves every year!



This year there is still time to volunteer your time and efforts to be on the Wake Forest NC 4th of July Committee and be a part of one of the years BEST celebrations.....

Rex Hospital Open Golf Tournament in Wakefield Plantation! May 17 - 23, 2010

The super exciting Rex Hospital Open Golf Tournament descends upon Wakefield Plantation this week and the events lined up are fantastic!  Each day is jam-packed with activities for the entire family!

Monday, May 17 – Sunday, May 23; all day
TPC Wakefield Plantation, Raleigh
One of North Carolina’s premiere charity golf tournaments and part of the 2010 PGA Nationwide Tour, the week-long event features four different Pro Ams, a junior invitational, youth clinics, PGA tour play, a concert and activities for the whole family. Proceeds will support state-of-the-art patient monitors in the Rex emergency department and Rex Healthcare’s breast cancer programs. Tickets $10, children under the age of 16 are free.
